1.1 Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

1.2 Estimated Delivery Times (USA) Once shipped, estimated delivery times for standard shipping within the contiguous United States are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2-3 business days
  • Rush Shipping (if offered): 1-2 business days

Please note that these are estimates. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances.

1.3 Shipping Costs (USA)

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $6.99 per order for deliveries within the contiguous USA.
  • Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $75.00 within the contiguous USA.
  • Expedited/Rush Shipping: Rates for expedited or rush shipping options will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/dimensions of your order.

1.4 Shipping Carriers We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey.

1.5 International Shipping Currently, Polkatrip.com only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

1.6 P.O. Boxes / APO/FPO Addresses We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. For APO/FPO addresses, please select USPS as your shipping option at checkout.


2. Return Policy

We want you to love your Polkatrip purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

2.1 Return Window You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

2.2 Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for returns. (If applicable to your products)

2.3 How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@polkatrip.com within the 30-day return window.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send items back without an RMA number.

2.4 Return Shipping

  • For returns due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product): We will provide a pre-paid return label, and you will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to a change of mind or customer error (e.g., ordered wrong size): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

2.5 Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

2.6 Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund (following the return policy above) and place a new order for the desired item.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@polkatrip.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including original shipping costs if applicable.
